Welcome to Soul Light Yoga. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your enrollment in our Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) programs, online courses, and in-person intensives. By accessing our website, paying a deposit, or enrolling in a course, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Business Information

Soul Light Yoga is a US-based business operated by Georgia Talcott and Mayank Rajput. Official Address: 783 First Parish Rd, Scituate, MA 02066, USA.

2. Enrollment and Agreement

By enrolling in a Soul Light Yoga Teacher Training, you enter into a binding agreement. Your payment of a deposit or tuition constitutes your electronic signature and your full agreement to the policies outlined here, including the Non-Disclosure Agreement, Waiver of Liability, and Refund Policy.

3. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) & Intellectual Property

Purpose: to protect the unique training methodologies, course materials, and teachings disclosed during the program.

• 📘 Confidential Information: Includes all manuals, presentations, unique techniques, and oral teachings provided by Soul Light Yoga.
• 🔒 Obligations: You agree to hold all information in strict confidence. Use is restricted solely to your personal educational purposes.
• 🚫 No Copying: You are expressly prohibited from reproducing, modifying, or distributing any materials (physically or electronically) without prior written consent.
• ⚠️ Usage Restriction: You shall not use our Confidential Information to create or conduct your own yoga teacher training programs or commercial products.

4. Waiver of Liability & Medical Consent

Acknowledgment of Risk: You acknowledge that yoga involves physical activity which carries an inherent risk of injury. You affirm that you are in good physical health and that yoga is not a substitute for medical treatment.

• 🧘 Personal Responsibility: You are solely responsible for deciding whether to practice and for staying within your physical limits.
• 💻 Online Practice: For online courses, you are responsible for ensuring your practice environment is safe and clear of hazards.
• 📝 Release of Liability: You hereby release, waive, and covenant not to sue Soul Light Yoga, Georgia Talcott, Mayank Rajput, or their affiliates for any injury, loss, or damage arising out of your participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
• 🤰 Pregnancy: If pregnant, you agree to consult a physician before participating and will not hold Soul Light Yoga responsible for complications arising from your failure to do so.

5. Photo & Video Release

You grant Soul Light Yoga permission to use your likeness in photographs or videos taken during training (in-person or via Zoom) for promotional purposes, including website and social media use.

• ✓ You waive any right to royalties or compensation.
• ✓ You waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product.
• ✉️ Opt-Out: If you wish to opt-out, you must provide written notice to the Program Director prior to the start of the training.

6. User Conduct

Soul Light Yoga reserves the right to remove any student from a program without a refund for "Bad Conduct," defined as harassment, bullying, disruptive behavior, or violations of our Code of Conduct.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA. You agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.

8. Third-Party Services

Our website may link to third-party services (e.g., Stripe, Zoom). Soul Light Yoga is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these external providers.
